When anyone search for regarding topic it will list your article on the search results. First of all write your blog and publish your blog. Click on the "view". Now you can see your post and you have to copy that post's url. As you can see in the picture given below.
Now, Search for Google search console on google.com. click on the the first link of Google search console and sign in with your Gmail account. Now, you will see like this Google search console website screenshot given below.
